- Education, training, licenses, or certifications.
- Work history, work pattern, and attachment to the workforce.
- Work search skills and capabilities.
- Age: may or may not be a factor.
- Impact of the physical, mental, or emotionally disabling condition.
- Mitigation of loss.
- Psychometric Assessment.
- Determination of transferable skills and residual earning capacity.
- In Life Care Planning cases, the medical records are examined to determine the support and foundation of projected medical treatment and services.
- Medical Experts may be consulted when permitted.

A written report is provided and testimony is provided in deposition and/or trial. A fee agreement and retainer are generally required to provide services.
