FORENSIC EVALUATIONS INCORPORATE:
- Records review and analysis.
- Diagnostic Interview.
- Vocational Testing or Review of Testing if relevant to the case.
- Consult with other professionals when permitted.
- Employability and earnings capacity evaluation.
- Impairments resulting from medically documented diagnoses.
- Activities of Daily Living.
- Education, training, licenses, or certifications.
- Work history, career trajectory trends, and attachment to the workforce.
- Work search skills and capabilities.
- Age: may or may not be a factor.
- Impact of the physical, mental, neurological, cognitive, or emotionally disabling condition.
- Mitigation of loss.
- If possible, to determine transferable skills and residual earning capacity.
- In Life Care Planning cases, the medical records are examined to determine the support and foundation of projected medical treatment and services.
- Medical Experts may be consulted when permitted.

- Dr. Kiel has medical training based on education, training and experience. However, he is not a Physician and cannot diagnose medical conditions.
A written report is provided and testimony is provided in deposition and/or trial. A fee agreement and retainer are generally required to provide services.
